SEVERE INJURY AND FATAL (SIF) RISK
INTERVENTION PROGRAM DESIGN AND
IMPLEMENTATION

We've designed, implemented, and embedded Energy-Based Safety (EBS) as an effective Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention strategy.

We offer this as a service by translating the latest safety science research into practical tools and processes to deploy within your business to make visible your SIF hazards, understand what levels of control you have applied and where your exposures are, enabling you to take action.

Areas where EBS can be applied

  • Leadership Alignment and Executive Workshops: Ensuring leadership buy-in and fostering a culture of safety from the top down is always the starting position.

  • Frontline worker hazard recognition training

  • SIF focused assurance inspection programs, which identify SIF hazards and score the controls

  • Near-miss and accident investigation, qualifying the high potential and understanding if we got lucky or have built and used capacity (safety margins).
